London

Ah Londontown, the ‘coolest' city in Europe, with its hip shops, bistros and bars not to mention fabulous boutique hotels and nightclubs. Nothing beats jumping into a London cab loaded with shopping bags from Regent Street. A quick shower in a hip hotel and then off for an aperitif at the ‘Crystal Bar' in Mayfair, then perhaps a little Japanese opposite at Nobu and a bit of Madonna sighting (believe she still owns it!). No-one takes it easy in London!

Its also a great city to visit with kids, from the Science and National History museums to new and long playing musicals such as ‘Lion King' and more recently ‘Fiddler on the Roof'. And, of course, 'Hamleys', the biggest toy store in the world is an attraction for all ages.It is also one of the the world's most expensive to cities, so to avoid constant currency conversions here's a few tips on how to just enjoy. Whether you're seeking 'Yum Cha' with the kids in Chinatown or ‘High Tea' at Fortnum & Masons, take at look at some of the 'better' venues and attractons. While a travel agent is the best source of booking flights and accommodation if you want to do it on your own, try our own independent travel agency for great rates on flights, hotels, cruises, insurance and other travel information, (sorry but you do have to first subscribe for the benefits) visit this link allywallace.inteletravel.com
